For years we did it as a bounce dive and It was always pitch black and covered in silt. Decided to do it as a proper dive and it was a lot cleaner and we had some viz!
Two marks, approximately 100m away from the main wreck, one North one South, are wood that made up the hull of the boat. There is also some iron amongst these small pieces of wreckage that were probably blown sky high when the mine detonated. We were hoping one of them may have been the gun but perhaps that's now sunk into the seabed with the rest of the main wreckage.
